ABSENTEEISM
- When a learner is absent, a written note explaining the reason for the absence must be submitted to the register teacher immediately upon the learner’s return to school
- The absentee letter will be filled by teacher in the class register file.
- Parent(s) / Guardian(s) may email school administrative register official the reason for absence.
- A valid medical certificate must be submitted if a learner misses a standardized test, examination, or any assessment contributing to the year mark. The certificate must clearly indicate the actual dates on which the learner was absent.
