When a learner is absent, a written note explaining the reason for the absence must be submitted to the register teacher immediately upon the learner’s return to school
The absentee letter will be filled by teacher in the class register file.
Parent(s) / Guardian(s) may email school administrative register official the reason for absence.
A valid medical certificate must be submitted if a learner misses a standardized test, examination, or any assessment contributing to the year mark. The certificate must clearly indicate the actual dates on which the learner was absent.
