ADMISSIONS
Jangjo High School has taken necessary steps to ensure that applying to the school becomes as easy as possible. Our website now has an online application portal in which students can use to apply. We have also attached “applicatin pdf” for those who wish to who wish to apply manually. Following an analysis of various online parent surveys, the system has now been enhanced to follow a single application process, allowing all applicants to apply at the same time during the application period,
NOTE: This form must be completed in full. All changes to be initialled by parent/guardian. Completing the form does not neccesarily mean that the learner has been accepted into the school.
Parents and guardians are obligated to certify all documents accompanying the application. (Students should bring the documents withing the first week of opening).
- Learner Birth Certificate / Identity Card (Certified)
- Latest Academic progress report
- Copy of Immunisation records (Clinic Card)
- Transfer Letter from previous school
